Brian "Crush" Adams Cause Of Death
Credit: www.twnpnews.com In a not too surprising report, the cause of Brian Adams' death has been linked to pescription drugs. It seems it would be more of a shock if a wrestler passed away normally these days. Several newspapers have explicitly stated that drugs were the cause, but Dr. Leszek Chrostowski from the Hillsborough County medical examiner's office claims that while the drugs alone wouldn't have harmed Adams, the mixture of narcotics slowed his respiratory system enough to kill him. In other words it was the cocktail of drugs that killed him Toxicology reports reveal buprenorphine, an opiate-based painkiller that is used in the treatment of painkiller addiction, carisoprodol (muscle relaxer) and sedatives chlordiazepoxide and alprazolam were all found in his system. Just for the record no steroids were found in his system and this is a drugs related not a steroid related issue. The 44-year-old Tampa resident died Aug. 13 in his home despite emergency services doing all they could. |

WWE officials made the decision to releaseCryme Tyme
credit: www.impactwrestling.com WWE officials made the decision to releaseCryme Tyme at the RAW tapings this afternoon. There was a lot of heat on the team today at TV. Given the timing of the release, we'd say this is likely not a Wellness Policy violation. As noted earlier, there was an incident last night involving Cryme Time and WWE Tag Team champions Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch that took place on the RAW house show in Terra Haute, Indiana yesterday. The finish of their bout saw an odd countout finish although JTG had made it back to the ring, followed by Cryme Time attacking the referee of the bout and removing his belt for "auction" to the audience. |

Breaking News: Eugene Fired By WWE

Simon Dean Fired
Source: PWInsider Former wrestler Mike "Simon Dean" Bucci, who has been working in talent relations was released today in wake of the steroid scandal. Dean was one of the names mentioned in the illegal pharmacy ring. Mike was apparently called in to a meeting to discuss the issue and was later released. The feeling being that because he manages the developmental territories he was setting a bad example. The ironic thing is that if you check the time line, he purchased the drugs before retiring as a wrestler. |
